The starting point of these works is a twine, which is dipped into a pot of hot, liquid wax and afterwards chilled in a bucket of cold water. The repetition of this procedure over and over again generates biomorphic figures, that build up ever different forms, due to small irregularities that can have a major impact on the whole figure.
A wax object of early stage was casted in a mould with latex and multiply reproduced by plaster. The identically plaster casts were dipped into wax (to grow further) and afterwards casted in a mould again, etc. By this means a synthetic evolution was developed, whose generations descent from one another.
